Here are some quesitons customers may have before they finally decide to place the order.

A: Which size of paper cups do you have? 

We do custom made paper cups from 2.5 oz to 22 oz. If you want to be one of our regular buyer, we can aslo adjust our model to do the special design size for you. 

B: What is the MOQ for paper cups?     

 MOQ: 50 000 pecs for black/ white cups without logo print. 100 000pecs for colored ones. 

C: How long is going to take to produce the products?     

Nornally it's going to take 45 days after the customer place the order. You can check with the sales representative about the time. 

D: What information do you need for a quotation?      

Product details: Cup size; Color, thickness of the paper;  Quantity;  Packing method; Port of destination. 

E: Are Samples free? And how long it takes to get the free samples?                 

Yes, We provide our customer free samples, while the freight fee is on customer side. Normally it takes 5 days to ship out samples. 

F: Do you have quality control for produced production?     

Yes, we have the heigest QC standards in our production processes. It ensures you get the high standard products to meet your needs.

EXW, FOB Shanghai and CIF.
