A short history of the paper cup

I think most people don't know who was the first one to have the idea to use paper cups. I did some research on the internet and found this interesting thing.

Most people probably thinking that using a paper cup is not eco-frindly. But you may not know paper cups play a very important role in the medical filed. In 1907, a Boston attorney named Lawrence Luellen made a disposable two-pieces cup out of paper in response to concerns that Publice cups posed a danger to public health. In 1918, the Spanish flu killed  between 50 and 100 million people, which brought a fear of the disease-causing bacteria.  And this caused the disposable paper cups are widely used . In 1942 a study by the Massachusetts State College found that using Single service paper cups would reduce the cost and reduce the risk of the cross infection. This has led to the use of paper cups in the hospitals. 

Now Paper cup are well know to most people and widely used in our daily life. You might think paper cups for coffee are popular. Paper cups for tea is found the favor of the young people. At the office, you can always find paper cups for tea and other soft drinks at the rest area.  How about those delicious cupcakes  which are popular with kids.The salad bowl made of the paper tube and soup tube which are widely used in the food industry. Paper cups is a part of life.
